Monash, Northern Plaza Redevelopment Project

The Northern Plaza refurbishment and landscaping project was one of the most exciting and challenging projects Neo Construct has undertaken. Neo Construct worked on the project together with the lead consultants - MGS, and other specialists including Irwin Consult, TCL and SWA Quantity Surveyors in collaboration with Monash University Buildings & Property Division. Following completion of previous successful stages of development Neo Construct was pleased to be engaged to complete the final stages of Monash University’s Blackburn Road redevelopment, known as the Biomedical Materials Translational Facility (BMTF).  Read more in our September 2016 Neo News EDM.

Doug Ellis Pool, Monash University

The restoration and hand over of the Doug Ellis Pool was a highlight for Neo Construct in the latter part of 2014 as it proved to be one of the most interesting and challenging projects undertaken by Neo Construct to date. It involved the complete removal of the roof to make way for the installation of an entirely new roof structure with integrated Dorma windows, allowing for natural light into the pool deck area.

Springvale Central Medical & Dental Centre

The Tran family are well known throughout Springvale’s Vietnamese community for providing exceptional health care. The Springvale Central Medical & Dental Centre was established back in 1984 by Dr Dong Quoc Tran and now the next generation are involved in the business to continue the good work within the community.
